It contains instructor-led courses and e-learning self-study resources and is provided to the interested public as a cost-free service.

Cyber Learning Platform for Network Education and Training (CLP4NET)
CLP4NET aims to facilitate sustainable education in the nuclear sector by empowering web-based development and dissemination of high quality e-learning resources and learning environments, in a way that is cost-effective, scalable and easy to use. Its main components are:
- Self-directed Learning Management System – designed to provide e-learning self-study materials for a wider audience
- Instructor-led Learning Management System – developed to support and enhance instructor-led training courses for closed groups of students with online learning management features
