The developing countriesÕ share of the global cancer burden is now larger than developed countriesÕ and continues to increase at an accelerating rate, but only a small portion of people who need therapy have access to it. The September 2010 IAEA Bulletin issue focuses on the IAEAÕs work to fight cancer in those countries by bringing radiation diagnosis, radiotherapy and technologies.
