Poland–IAEA Nuclear Energy Management School

This first Poland ̶ IAEA NEM School is organized in Poland by the Polish Nuclear Society (PTN), National Centre for Nuclear Research (NCBJ) and the European Young Nuclear Generation Forum (EYNGF) in cooperation with the IAEA.

Objectives:

• Provide an international educational experience and an opportunity for worldwide networking to future leaders and managers of nuclear energy programmes
• Raise the participants awareness about recent developments in nuclear energy
• Broaden participants’ understanding of key issues and challenges associated with the peaceful use of nuclear energy
• Introduce participants to leadership and managerial competencies needed to successfully run a nuclear power programme

Target Participants:

Young professionals with managerial potential from Member States’ nuclear sector.
