Communication from the Permanent Missions of the People's Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation

On 7 September 2025, the Director General received a communication from the Permanent Missions of the People’s Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation, attaching the Joint Letter from the Foreign Ministers of the People’s Republic of China, the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation, addressed to the President of the Security Council and the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
