Objectives
The objectives of the webinar are:
- To inaugurate the establishment of WINSI as an interest group of WiN Global
- To provide an overview of the IAEA’s programme of assistance in the area of capacity building in nuclear security;
- To inspire webinar attendees to undertake their own gender equality initiatives by introducing the IAEA’s commitment to gender equality and recent activities;
- To share the professional journeys of women in nuclear security;
- To highlight challenges women in nuclear security face and discuss ideas on how to overcome them;
- To discuss career opportunities for women in nuclear security.
