Marta Žiaková, Chairperson of the Nuclear Regulatory Authority of the Slovak Republic, and Hua Liu, IAEA Deputy Director General and Head of the Department of Technical Cooperation, signed Slovakia’s Country Programme Framework (CPF) for the period of 2022-2027 on 21 September. Slovakia has been an IAEA Member State since 1993. Its 2022-2027 CPF identifies three priority areas:
- Nuclear and Radiation Safety and Security
- Human Health
- Nuclear Knowledge Development and Innovation
