In a video address played to participants of the 5th Nuclear Energy Management School (NEM), IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano said the Agency is keen to help Member States address the issue of manpower and training shortage in the nuclear industry and stressed that the NEM is one of the ways the IAEA is doing this, along with its partners at the International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP).
