Etchebehere, Elba

Elba Etchebehere is a professor at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and director of a group of private nuclear medicine laboratories in Brazil (MND group). Professor Etchebehere has always been involved in research and the training of residents in the field of nuclear medicine in Brazil, as well as having an active role in auditing the quality of the education of nuclear medicine physicians in the country.

Professor Etchebehere and her group have published approximately 200 scientific papers and abstracts and have been awarded more than 15 prizes in scientific papers as well as written over ten book chapters and books.
