How to Submit Data

Doubly Labelled Water (DLW)

By submitting data the contributor warrants to the IAEA that:

  • the Contribution is original and that he or she owns all intellectual property rights to the Contribution and, thus, is able to grant the above-mentioned rights to the IAEA;
  • the Contribution does not infringe any third-party rights including data protection rights and is, to the best of the Contributor’s knowledge, accurate;
  • the Contribution has been obtained in accordance with the relevant ethical clearance procedures.

 

The IAEA acknowledges that the copyright of the Contribution remains with the Contributor.

The Contributor grants to the IAEA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Contribution and to edit, reproduce, sub-license and distribute it worldwide in all media and for the full period of the copyright.

Once you have submitted the data it will be reviewed by someone on the management group.

For each study submitted to the database, one contributing scientist will be included as a Contributor. If there are between 11 and 100 subjects included in the study, then two contributing scientists can be included as Contributors. If there are more than 100 subjects in the study, then one more contributing scientist can be added per each 100 as a Contributor.

Contributors will be invited to be an author on publications that utilise data from the database.

Data can only be submitted as an excel file. Please download the excel template file and the instructions for completing the excel spreadsheet.
