The IAEA Board of Governors will convene a meeting at the Agency's headquarters starting at 10:00 CET on Monday, 4 March 2013 in Boardroom A of the M-Building, in the Vienna International Centre (VIC). The Board of Governors meeting is closed to the press. Director General Yukiya Amano will open the meeting with an introductory statement. His statement will be released to journalists after delivery and posted on the IAEA website the same day. Director General Amano is also expected to hold a Press Conference during the Board's lunch break on Monday, 4 March, in the Press Room of the M-Building. Board discussions are expected to include the Nuclear Safety and the Nuclear Technology Reviews for 2013, the IAEA Action Plan on Nuclear Safety and the implementation of safeguards in Iran, Syria and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
