IAEA officials will hold a briefing on Thursday, 5 May 2011, for journalists to discuss the Japanese nuclear emergency.
The briefing will begin at 14:30 UTC/16:30 CET on Thursday, 5 May 2011, in the Press Room of the M-Building, in the Vienna International Centre (VIC).
The IAEA's media briefings on the Fukushima nuclear power plant are now available via audio streaming.
The audio stream is not an interactive channel. Its purpose is to provide the media an opportunity to listen to the press conference. It cannot be delivered in broadcast quality.
Satellite trucks may be parked on VIC plaza (see below).
Accreditation
Journalists with permanent accreditation to the VIC need no further credentials. We encourage those journalists who do not yet have permanent accreditation, to request it at: UNIS Vienna. Satellite Trucks
