Registered participants will receive an email notification from the United Nations Pass Office in advance of the event for the purpose of uploading a passport-sized coloured photograph (.jpeg format) for the preparation of conference badges. Failure to successfully upload a photograph will result in having to line up at the United Nations Pass Office to be photographed and have their badges issued on site.

Please bring with you an identification document with picture to facilitate your entry to the meeting premises and to facilitate the registration process.

Opening times of the United Nations Pass Office are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00
