The Third Special Session of the General Conference will begin on Friday, 27 January 2023, at 10.00 a.m. in the Plenary Hall (BR/B-M1) in the M Building, first floor (M01). Delegates are kindly requested to be seated on time in order to allow the meeting to start punctually.
