69th IAEA General Conference Side Events

Submit the duly completed form to the relevant Departmental focal person before the closing date: Friday, 30 May 2025.

Side event proposals have to be submitted or approved by the relevant national authority or Permanent Mission of the concerned Member State to the IAEA.

The side event description should not exceed 100 words and will appear on the GC website and the IAEA Conferences and Meetings App. It is also possible to submit background information to support the proposal.
