Communication Planning by the Nuclear Regulatory Body

This report describes good practices and gives practical examples of how the regulatory body can establish a systematic and structured programme for enhancing effective communication with various parties and under various circumstances. It presupposes an adequate national infrastructure, including an independent regulatory body with sufficient authority and resources.
