Registered participants will receive an email notification from the United Nations Pass Office the week prior to the Symposium for the purpose of uploading a passport-sized coloured photograph (.jpeg format) for the preparation of symposium badges. Failure to successfully upload a photograph will result in having to line up at the United Nations Pass Office to be photographed and have their badges issued on site.

Please bring with you an identification document with picture to facilitate your entry to the meeting premises and to facilitate the registration process.

Opening times of the United Nations Pass Office are as follows:

  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

When arriving on Monday morning,  27 May 2024, please ensure you arrive at least one hour before the opening session as a high number of attendees and long queues are to be expected.

In addition Registration will be open on Sunday, 26 May 2024, 15:00 - 18:00.
