IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano provided the Board of Governors an update on the comprehensive Agency report on the Fukushima Daiichi accident that will be finalised by the end of 2014, and commented on the leak of contaminated water at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, describing it as a "matter of high priority that needs to be addressed urgently."
