The Resident Representative of Brazil to the IAEA and Governor for Brazil on the IAEA's Board of Governors, Antonio Guerreiro, is the President of the Ministerial Conference on Nuclear Safety. The Ambassador was asked by IAEA Director General, Yukiya Amano, to preside over the preparation of the conference and coordinate consultations with IAEA Member States to prepare for the event.
