Promoting the role of science and technology at IIASA’s 40th Anniversary Conference

19 November 2012 | Staff from the IAEA’s Department of Technical Cooperation have participated in the 40th Anniversary Conference of the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), contributing a poster on the topic ‘Linking Science Technology and Innovation to Development Policy and Practice’.  The poster highlighted the importance of developing a stronger interface between science, policy and practice – a challenge that is high on the agenda of all of UN specialized agencies, including the IAEA.
