The Director General has received a communication dated 23 February 2017 from the Permanent Mission of Guatemala to the Agency, in its capacity as coordinator of the Agency for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Caribbean (OPANAL), attaching the Declaration by the Member States of OPANAL on the 50th anniversary of the Conclusion of the Treaty for the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in Latin America and the Caribbean (Treaty of Tlatelolco).
