IAEA Director General Dr. Mohamed ElBaradei has met with King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden during Their Majesties´ official State Visit to the Vienna International Centre (VIC) on 21 November.
During their visit, King Carl Gustav and Queen Silvia held a private audience with the heads of the VIC-based international organizations, who briefed the Royal Couple about the work of their respective organizations.
The audience was also attended by Ms. Maud Olofsson, Minister for Enterprise and Energy and Deputy Prime Minister of Sweden, as well as by members of the royal entourage and senior staff of the VIC-based organizations. The event coincided with the Royal Couple's State Visit to the Republic of Austria.
