At the end of deliberations beginning 17 November, the IAEA Board of Governors adopted a resolution on the Implementation of the NPT Safeguards Agreement and Relevant Provisions of UN Security Council Resolutions in the Islamic Republic of Iran. 9, Wednesday. Iran Safeguards Reports Circulated to IAEA Board. An IAEA report on nuclear verification in Iran was circulated on 8 November 2011 to the Agency's Board of Governors and the UN Security Council. 15, Thursday. September Board of Governors' Meeting Concludes. During its meeting, The Board also discussed important issues relating to the application of IAEA safeguards in the Middle East and, in this context, welcomed the Director General's invitation to convene a Forum on experiences relevant to the creation of a nuclear-weapons-free-zone in the Middle East to be held in Vienna from 21 to 22 November 2011.
