| Fusion research at UTIAS falls into two general categories: (i) laboratory simulation of plasma materials interactions, and (ii) interpretation of experiments performed on tokamaks elsewhere using computer modeling of the edge plasma. Experimental facilities include mass analyzed ion accelerators (single and dual beam), an H-permeation facility and a UHV tritium laboratory. |
