Abstract
IAEA ADS-Benchmark calculations were performed to study the Thorium based sub-critical reactor concept . Multiplication coefficient evolution, external source intensity evolution, spectral indexes are presented. General correlation between different participants are obtained, in spite of essential discrepancies in some results. Following stages of Benchmark are proposed to clarify differences between deterministic and Monte-Carlo codes and to estimate ADS transmutation potentials for Minor Actinides and Long-Lived Fission Products.
