Abstract

Russia has a large programme on partitioning and transmutation (P and T) of actinides. A lot of research centers directed by Ministry of the Russian Federation for Atomic Energy (Minatom) involved in this activity. The current status of the Russian programme on P and T is discussed in this paper.
