Services in Your Country
The INIS Database is available on the Internet, through the IAEA and other hosts and on CD-ROM. Similarly, the INIS NCL collection is available on CD-ROM, microfiche and upon ad-hoc requests.
Apart from these products, each Member State offers a variety of individualized services. Contact your national INIS Liaison-Officer to find out what service is offered in your country, including:
- Online access to the INIS Database through national or in-house systems
- INIS Database Searches on request
- Alert Services: some INIS Member States offer Selective Dissemination of Information (SDI) services for INIS products to their users, i.e. automatic alert services where individual searches are performed to match individual interest profiles
- Document Delivery Services: At present 61 national INIS Centers provide full-text documents of INIS NCL to users in their countries. Requests for individual reports produced since 1997 (starting with Vol. 28) should be sent to the respective INIS Liaison Officer.
- Requests from countries without document delivery services, and requests for reports published prior to 1997, can be referred to the INIS & NKM Section.
