| Established to ensure, both in the short and in the long term, the safety of radioactive waste management. Its mission objectives are (1) to set up an INVENTORY of the radioactive materials on Belgian territory and of the different radioactive waste producers; (2) to set up a safe MANAGEMENT SYSTEM for this radioactive waste; (3) to coordinate the DECOMMISSIONING of nuclear facilities; & (4) to manage ENRICHED FISSILE MATERIALS. |
