The Canadian Nuclear Society (CNS) was established in 1979. It is a society interested in information exchange of nuclear science and technology. It encompasses all aspects of nuclear energy, uranium, fission and other nuclear technologies including occupational and environmental protection, medical diagnoses and treatment, radioisotopes and food preservation.
