| Young Generation -activity is aimed at young people who are either working in the field of nuclear energy or interested in nuclear energy. The main goal of the YG acivity is to ensure the continuity in the nuclear field by organising seminars, excursions and other meetings. The purpose of these events is to transfer knowledge between generations and to help young people of the nuclear field to meet each other. The activity is coordinated by contact persons from all Finnish nuclear organisations. Young Generation is collaborating with Finnish and European Nuclear Society. European Young Generation is very active. From the initiative by European Nuclear Society, ENS Young Generation Network was started. It has now representatives from more than 20 countries in Europe. Also on other continents Young Generation organisations have become active. |
