The Waste Management Research Abstracts (WMRA) database is a collection of research summaries planned or in progress in the field of radioactive waste - including activities related to the decommissioning of nuclear facilities and environmental restoration. Collection of research abstracts started in the late 1960s and has continued since. The research summaries were published annually in the Waste Management Research Abstracts. In 1992, the report was updated biennially. Annual updates resumed in 2000. By 2000, 25 WMRA volumes had been created and distributed.

Nuclear Fusion Journal (IAEA) (more info) goto TOP
http://www-pub.iaea.org/MTCD/NF/NFusion.asp
NUCLEAR FUSION (NF) is an international journal published monthly by the IAEA. NF covers work relevant to controlled thermonuclear fusion. Such work comprises the production, heating and confinement of high temperature plasmas, as well as the physical properties of such plasmas and the experimental or theoretical methods of exploring or explaining them. NF also publishes work on fusion reactor physics, reactor concepts and closely related technology.

From January 2002, Institute of Physics Publishing (IOPP), based in Bristol, UK, assumed joint responsibility with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), based in Vienna, Austria, for publishing the journal Nuclear Fusion. All submissions and the peer review process will continue to be managed by the IAEA, whilst production, distribution, subscription fulfilment and marketing of the journal in print and electronic form will now be the responsibility of IOPP.

  • journal, published monthly by the IAEA
  • covers work relevant to controlled thermonuclear fusion
  • NF also publishes the 'World Survey of Activities in Controlled Fusion Research'
