Conference Article: China's HTR test module project

In China, the HTGR is being developed for future electricity generation, for process steam and for high temperature process heat. To gain experience in HTGR design, construction and operation a 10 MW Test Module will be constructed at the Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology of Tsinghua University. Start up is foreseen for 1988.
