1. The application of safeguards under the Agency's agreement with the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam in respect of the Da Lat research reactor^1/ has been suspended pursuant to Article 23 of the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam and the Agency for the Application of Safeguards in connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons^2/.

2. Suspension took effect from 6 April 1991, the date on which the final report was submitted pursuant to INFCIRC/293.
