Entry Into Force Date

Corrigendum

Pursuant to Article 24 of the Agreement, the Agreement between the Republic of San Marino and the International Atomic Energy Agency for the Application of Safeguards in Connection with the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons entered into force on 21 September 1998, the date on which the Agency received from San Marino written notification that San Marino's statutory and constitutional requirements for entry into force have been met. Pursuant to Article II of the Protocol to the Agreement, the Protocol entered into force on the same date.
