World Climate Change Conference (WCCC), Moscow (29 September - 3 October 2003)

The World Climate Change Conference was an initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin to review the science of climate change. At the time, Russia had not ratified the Kyoto Protocol.

At the conference's opening plenary session, H.-Holger Rogner, Head of PESS, delivered an invited presentation on "Nuclear Power and Climate Change." Read the paper.
