Micro-beam XRF spectrometer:

Portable spectrometer for in-situ XRF analysis:
measuring head equipped with 55Fe, 109Cd, and 241Am radioisotope excitation sources, Si-PIN photodiode liquid nitrogen-free detector, battery operated power supply/amplifier and MCA modules, notebook PC for data acquisition and storage.
