Managing Human Resources in the Field of Nuclear Energy
21 June 2012 - The Technical Working Group on Managing Human Resources in the Field of Nuclear Energy (TWG-MHR) held it's meeting In Vienna 19-21 June 2012.
The Technical Working Group (TWG) on Managing Human Resources in the Field of Nuclear Energy (TWG-MHR) is a group of experts to provide advice and to support programme implementation, reflecting a global network of excellence and expertise in the area of integrated management of human resources including education, personnel training, qualification, performance improvement and knowledge management, for the field of nuclear energy.
The expertise of this Group is of great value in providing IAEA with guidance, advice and support for the implementation of the IAEA programmes. The TWG-MHR will meet at regular intervals, normally once in two years. The previous meeting was held in Vienna in June 2010.
In this TWG-MHR meeting 25 participants from 18 different countries were actively sharing knowledge and identifying important topics for discussion for topical HR related issues.
The next TWG-MHR meeting will take place in 2014.
The presentations and results of the conclusions will be posted on Electronic Nuclear Training Catalogue (ENTRAC)
