21 November 2007 | IAEA Director General Mohamed ElBaradei and the Chairman of the Indian Atomic Energy Commission, Anil Kakodkar, met today at the IAEA Headquarters in Vienna.
Dr. ElBaradei and Dr. Kakodkar agreed to initiate consultations on an India-specific safeguards agreement.
For this purpose, an Indian team will have meetings this week with the IAEA Secretariat in Vienna.
