Press Arrangements for the IAEA Board of Governors Meeting

5 August 2005 | A meeting of the IAEA Board of Governors will be held on Tuesday, 9 August 2005 at 10:30 a.m. in the IAEA Boardroom C04 at the Vienna International Centre.


The meeting was requested by the Permanent Missions of France, Germany and the United Kingdom in a letter on August 4 to the Chair of the Board to discuss the implementation of IAEA Safeguards in Iran and related Board resolutions. The meeting is closed to the press.

Photo-Op:

There will be a photo opportunity at the beginning of the morning. Please sign up by sending your e-mail to Cassio Furtado (C.Furtado@iaea.org, tel.: +43-1-2600-21271 or +43-664 878 1618). Camera crews should arrive at IAEA headquarters by 10:00 a.m. and proceed to the Boardroom on C04. Positions in the Boardroom must be taken by 10:15 a.m.

You are required to bring a valid press I.D. Advance notice of satellite trucks is also required.
