"Subject: Report on the incidents in the Santa Maria de Garona and Jose Cabrera Nuclear Power Plants"

"As was stated in a previous phone call, we send additional reports on the minor problems indicated in the Subject:"

"Santa Maria de Garona:"
"As it was foreseen in a specific contingency plan, a fault has been detected in the date validation software (in house application) before the input of the 3D MONICORE (GE) system, which is working properly. There are established two backup methods by procedure as alternative to the function of the system. The problem has been fixed by eliminating of the checking dates in the input of the system. The system is correctly working now."

"Jose Cabrera"
"Has been detected a fault in a computer system to assign the dosemeter for accessing controlled areas. To perform a solution, an alternative procedure was implemented. The problem was fixed at 01:00 local time."
