The first sentence of paragraph 17 should be replaced with the following text:

"17. The draft budget for 1999 - 2000 includes nuclear desalination activities under Project A.2.06, C.1.01 and C.1.02, SMR activities under project A.2.01 and C.3.04, and safety-related activities under Project H.2.01."
