The General Conference,

(a) Recalling its resolution GC(XXXVIII)/RES/15 regarding measures against illicit trafficking in nuclear material,

1. Takes note of the progress report by the Secretariat in document GC(39)/19;

2. Welcomes the measures taken by the Secretariat in support of efforts to prevent illicit trafficking;

3. Invites the Director General during the coming year to continue working in accordance with the conclusions of the Board of Governors; and

4. Requests the Director General to submit a report to the General Conference at its next regular session on activities undertaken by the Agency in the intervening period.
